"I have had a zero balance on my Carters credit card, yet because I decided to pay, in full, the charge I made in December before they sent a statement, they have classified that payment as “partial” and decided that allows them to charge me a “residual fee” of $2 every month. I can’t even pay that off without also paying the $2 that say they are GOING TO CHARGE ME next month. I have lodged a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ann agency of the FTC, over Carters usury fees. I will never shop Carters again, nor will I allow any financial instruments from Comenity Bank into my life. Buyer beware!"

"They had some good door busters! This location doesn’t have carts which seems really odd to me in a children’s store. Bring your stroller, I guess, or you have to haul your car seat around! They did have a bathroom with a changing table!"

"So much to choose from. Went for our new grandson who came early. They had the most premiee options we could find anywhere! Loved there's an Osh gosh store adjacent so we're able to pick up some items for our other grandsons birthday while we were there. Definitely be back for Christmas, we will be able to do all our grandkids clothing shopping at one place!"

"Very fun store to find kids sizes from premie to big kids 14. They had all kinds of holiday and Christmas choices. I was shopping for six kids from ages 1 - 11. I was able to get matching pajamas and an outfit for everyone. They ordered a few items that weren’t in the store and shipping was free. It was an easy and fun process."
