"I had a weird experience at this H&M. I was unable to purchase a pair of jeans that I really wanted because there was a stop order on them. Ok, no big deal. I understand that rules are rules and you can't blame an employee for a company policy. The only thing was... the kid was kind of rude about it and he couldn't explain what the stop order meant. The item was out on the floor, not on display or anything. Again, I don't fault him for not selling an item he couldn't sell but he was not friendly at all. Kind of bummer. Between that and it taking over a month to receive an online order at the corporate level, I think I'm pretty much done with H&M. It feels like they don't value my time."
