"It’s crazy how they make one elderly lady . Do one side drive thru, run orders OUTSIDE , take orders inside and Prepare the orders for inside lobby .( not possible) Always 20-40 wait for DoorDash and Lobby orders . Soon she will find a better Job that respects her !"

"We came here to eat as a family with our kids . The napkins were out of stock all if the area of bigger capacity seating were dirty it took us 15 mins to get our food only after we had to ask them where our food was. My husband took a bite out of his burger and it was literally raw. Nasty! We asked for a refund and left. Will never come this location again and if my husband gets sick we will know why. On the next business day their corporate is open they will be hearing about this experience too."

"Full honesty, I worked there for two years, back when I was 17. This was 10 years ago. I can tell you this, back when I worked there it was a very clean McDonalds compared to other food places I worked at, I never had any issue eating any of the food there. They also treated the employees ok, compared to other food service jobs I have worked at. They didn't cheat the customers, and they followed employment law more than most other fast food places (I never noticed anything missing from my check, they responded to sexual harassment complaints properly, as far as I was ever aware there wasn't any sleep with a boss to get a promotion/keep your job going on like I had heard happened at other mcdonalds, and I got a employee meal of 3 dollars for the morning, 5 dollars during lunch with free soda all day) I will say this rubbed me a bit wrong then, but back when I worked there, they asked the employees to write 5 star reviews whenever our reviews dropped, a quick check of the recent five star reviews appears to confirm this. The thing is, as far as mcdonalds go this is a five star, decent mcdonalds, but they should have asked employees to write honest reviews, instead of our boss watching over their shoulder as they typed up a five star review. Honestly though, that's a fairly minor complaint compared to horror stories that fast food employees tell each other in regards to food safety and employee rights. I'm still comfortable going there to eat, which says a lot considering other places I have worked in I still avoid going to."

"Every time I go to this McDonald’s they mess something up. It is my son’s birthday so I ordered through the mobile app and went to pick up. I get home and realized they did not put all of our order in the bag. I called up there and I am greeted by a very rude gentleman who has zero customer service skills. I am now forced to drive back while I have people at my house for my son’s birthday because they couldn’t get the order right per usual. It’s really not a lot to ask when you’re paying for food, to get all of the food, but this place is sold four of people who would rather have social hour than actually do their job every single time. I go in and he’s absolutely rude and acts like IM the problem that HE forgot the stuff for the order. then the Employees laughed that I had a problem. I’ll add as I left the guy delivers “the rude one” was puffing a vape as he delivered the food to the mobile order people."

"In side, you have to order your food from a menu on a stand. After that you go to the counter where you hand them the printout and pay. I stood there for quite a while and finally yelled to a couple of employees to get their attention. Finally a different employee asked if he could help. He had difficulty counting and picking up the money I gave him to pay. I then waited another 5 or 10 minutes for my food. It was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone."
