"I placed my hot tub order in May 2021, and it was delivered in early December (I was forewarned though that their orders were dated out six months at that time) - so my review is a little late! I had done research online as well as visited three other spa businesses in Salem. I chose West Coast because they have great value & price for what you get for your money vs other places, and Forrest at the store is very knowledgeable and helpful with spa info. We got to customize our spa, and the cover-lift, steps, first chemical start-up kit and delivery were included - and the delivery guys were great! The electrician for our designated wiring wasn't able to get us scheduled till mid-January 2022 though (I had started that process - estimates, approval, final scheduling etc last Sept/Oct. Trade companies are busy these days)! But we got the tub filled & followed Forrests directions on prepping the water with the start kit. I'm still learning & getting better at caring for our spa, but we love it so far!"
