"We were referred to NW Skirts & Spas by my sister who purchased a brand new hot tub from them 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience, and has been nothing but impressed. We put 1/2 down on a hot tub to be refurbished on 2/20/21. We were told it would be 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and refurbishing. We didn't hear anything so called at 12 weeks and were told they were running behind and it would be a bit longer. Around 14 weeks we were told the same. At 16 weeks we scheduled the final inspection only to have them call the day of and say it still wasn't ready. Scheduled for a week later and again told it would be another week because it was leaking and Leo was having a hard time figuring it out. Leo did compensate us for the delays by offering to take off the cost of the lift for the cover. At 19 1/2 weeks the hot tub was FINALLY delivered. It was very dirty, they didn't hook up the electrical which we didn't know wasn't included, and put up the cover lift but it was crooked so my husband had to fix that. Leo was in a huge hurry to just get out of here. After they left I started scrubbing the filthy hot tub (which we were promised would be sparkling clean when delivered) and found a crack below some of the jets. I called him and asked him to come back because of the crack and my husband also found 3 things inside the electrical panel that were not hooked up - the ozone, circ pump and something else I can't recall the name of. He said he could bring a patch to fix the crack and it would last "forever". There were wires resting on the heater that would have melted or possibly caught fire. He agreed to come back. As I continued to scrub I found places in the curve of the seat back that were squishy and cracked, my finger went through one of them! It appeared to be more cracks that someone (I assume Leo) attempted to patch but didn't do a great job at. At this point we decided there was no way we were keeping this hot tub. As I was rinsing the soap off from cleaning it, we noticed water leaking into the electrical panel from around where the controls were. He had attempted to silicone the controls but that didn't hold up. Also at inspection the pillows were filthy and the controls decal was peeling off. Leo immediately said he would replace those, and he did but why not just do that as part of the "refurbishment"? I believe he was trying to see what he could get away with by taking short cuts and hoping we wouldn't notice. When we did the inspection the hot tub was full of dirty water so none of this stuff could be seen at that time. Leo was great about returning the hot tub and gave us a check to refund our money. But here we are 19 1/2 weeks later with no hot tub and now we have to re start the entire process. We had a neighbor and another friend that were waiting to see our hot tub and how it turned out but we will not tell anyone we know to use this company. Such an unfortunate bummer."

"Purchase a hot tub through Northwest skirts and spas. Great customer service and knowledge. Zoe the sales manager is very informative through the entire process of us buying our hot tub. Leo was able to explain all of the benefits of the particular model in which I bought. Was able to purchase and get my hot tub installed in a very timely manner. Leo was very professional when installing my hot tub was able to answer any questions that I had and then asked if I had questions before he left. Would strongly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a new hot tub."

"We were referred to this business by a coworker, and after driving around Salem looking at different "new" spa stores, we thought we would take a drive and check this one out. It only took a few minutes to realize that these spas were much more in our price range. We happen to get there when he just got a new spa in that was practically ready to go. It was perfect. We talked to Leo about it and bought it that day! Couple of days later, Leo and his son delivered it and hooked it up. We haven't been out of it since. Wow. We are so happy! When we did have a minor problem, Leo helped troubleshoot it over the phone and it turned out it was an issue with our house and not the hot tub. Very happy!"

"If you have ever wanted a hot tub but couldn't necessarily afford one, this is the place to go. These people are wonderful. They walk you through the hundreds of hot tubs/spas they have in shock explaining which features each one has and what they do to get your spa ready to go home. Best yet??? They do layaway plans. Anyone could afford a refurbished spa at the prices they have. I'm so glad I picked my spa from their selection. I'm very happy with my purchase...... Thank you Zoe for all of your expertise and your flexibility of my price range and payment plan."

"Both myself and another family member have purchased hot tubs from this company. We live over an hour away from him and he had to come out to deliver and set up. We appreciated the fact that we were far away and that he would do that. Anytime we have had issues, it has been like pulling teeth to get him to come out and deal with it. We bought a second spa from him three years ago when we bought our home. Fast forward to now, we just had to have the entire pack replaced on the spa. When we called to tell him there was a problem with it not working and not heating he quoted how much it would be to replace the pack which we agreed upon. We also informed him at this time that there was leaking occurring under the spa and when he came out we would like him to fix it. He agreed. We made the appointment for him to come out and he no showed a couple of times before it happened. This is been our experience with him in the past. He makes an appointment and doesn’t show up and doesn’t call to let you know he’s not coming and you have to hunt him down to find out what’s going on. He finally did come to fix it, arriving hours late as usual. He installed the new pack and then proceeded to leave. When I asked him about fixing the leaks that he promised to deal with when he was here he explained that he wanted to go fishing and ask if he could come back and fix it in a week or so. I wasn’t happy but what was I supposed to do? He promised to come back and deal with the leak. That was over three months ago. He now refuses to answer our calls and when I emailed his wife at their office regarding this and explaining the situation, she simply told us that he was far too busy delivering new hot tubs he had sold to deal with our problems. Had I had any choice at all to use someone else I would have but there are no hot tub repair technicians in our area so we are stuck with him. My advice to anyone dealing with this company is to not expect him to ever return once he has your money. He is unprofessional and he makes promises that he never intends to keep. I see this as a complete lack of integrity."
