"After pick up, our empty trash can is often left blocking the mailbox. I have made every effort trying to get them to stop it. For example, taping notes to the trash can and mailbox, positioning our full cans in different locations, and calling the office asking that a message be given to the drivers. The sweet little lady across the street gets her trash can put back in the exact spot she leaves it every time."

"I pay on-line. I missed two payments by fault of my own. I received a message (phone) and was asked to callback. Instead I went back on-line made corrections for auto pymts. "I am not sure how they run their outfit but it is not very good. I have at times left extra stuff to take but their have been a few times like yesterday that I left some extra items and it has been left there. I am not sure how LAZY those drivers are but it makes me suspicious."
"They missed my garbage can and emptied the neighbor's three weeks in a row when I first moved in. It took them two weeks to come get the big can (I signed up for the small one) and when my first bill came it was for the big one. The office staff was very friendly and understanding and fixed my bill, but I still cancelled service because it'll be cheaper to take my garbage to the dump myself."
