"Worked for Jon out of roseburg after i had moved to the area. Brought my own tools to the jobsite.. after 3 straight days of being called off for rain, i never heard back from Jon. After multiple attempts to contact him to get my tools back, i received no response. Jon didnt seem very confident in his workers and had to babysit them the whole time. As soon as he left it was a different atmosphere. His crew showed little respect for the bussiness and the homeowner."

"I contacted Rich Rayburn Roofing. From the beginning of the conversation, the Receptionist told me they were busy, BUT she would fill out a REPAIR TICKET and once a job is finished early, someone will come out to our house and do the repair. I said that we were in no rush, but would like it done before the rainy weather hits during late fall, early winter. She said that the repair should be done way before that time. Well, today is Monday and is less than a week that I call Rich Rayburn Roofing and (2 Guys) Derick and his helper came out to repair a few shingles that were blown off from our roof.
