The employees were rude and abrupt, and indicated that they were just too busy to even come take a look at the project. They also were unable to provide any recommendations for other professionals providing the services. Very unprofessional customer service."

"Horribly, unprofessional franchise, ServPro. The owner, a female, is horrible to work with, constantly interrupting and accusing me of calling her rude, receptionist, Stephanie,a bad name!! Our home flooded, our insurance company, recommended them. Awful, horrible experience. The workers, were slow, used our restroom and plugged toilet, smoked weed outside while on many breaks, wouldn't remove their muddy boots, and then when I asked if they could, please put plastic done, I was met with a cold stare by Thomas, their Project Manager. After reluctantly agreeing, took both employees over 20 minutes to perform. Lastly, we ended up contacting our insurance company to complain about the crack in our water main. Thomas pounded the floor in our laundry room, and broke our water main. He called his boss first, without relaying this to us. My husband tried to use garden hose but no water. He spoke with Thomas, and was told by him, they could not get us a plumber until our insurance company agreed to pay for Thomas's mistake. My husband had to spend almost 3 hours finding the cap and equipment to fix the leak. It was pouring underneath to our foundation. I called the next day and was rudely hung up on by Stephanie, the one with the real gruff voice. We fired SERVPRO and complained about their service to our insurance company. BUYERS BEWARE: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT BUSINESS.....USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

"Very poor quality of work, many of my things they returned reporting as restored to pre-loss condition were not retuned to pre-loss condition. They were rusted and stained and I now have to non-salvage more things after also having to pay to have them cleaned. I trusted that the professionals would not take things to clean that were not salvageable (they warned me about a few sentimental items and I expected those to be returned in a not fully restored) but the majority of the things I was told were restorable, they took many things that were unreasonable to take. It appears like they took things to fill boxes, only putting a few things in each box to inflate the numbers. Many of my things came back with soot on them, smelling smokey. The quality of work on the demolition and restoration of my home was also poor, they did not fully complete the demo they were paid for and the sealing of the remaining wood was so poor it had to be sub contracted out. Items were broken and missing that were supposed to be left in the house. And to top off the experience ServPro is trying to over-charge my insurance so I had to pick up my own belongings, I should not be charged extra because they are short staffed. I hope no one else has the same experiences with this company that I have. The owner’s wife has yelled at me on the phone because I try to advocate for my things. Some of my things were cleaned appropriately, however overall I would never work with this company again for any reason, and it is unfortunate that this company has the corner on this market, allowing them to continue taking advantage of trusting people; people who have just experienced a huge personal trauma with whatever disaster they just experienced."

"Our company is located in a business center that leases office space. This Monday we came into our building and found that over the weekend a whole suite of offices had flooded - literally there was STANDING water in every office. Made a call to ServPro and what seemed like almost immediately a guy named Justin showed up and he has been absolutely outstanding. He is very professional and obviously knows all the ins & outs of water cleanup, he has gone above & beyond what I could have imagined would need to be done, including additional work that will prevent mold from developing in the walls in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Justin and ServPro - they truly are OUTSTANDING!"
