"The guys that came were very polite and company informative. Said all the right things to make you feel good about the services. However I was a bit disappointed with the results. I realize that I probably don’t shampoo my carpet enough to have the results that I am hoping for. With that said I used my bissell cleaner the next day. "We had the best service from Randy today. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the stains we had. Our carpets needed a lot of extra attention because of the pet stains we had, and he made sure to call me and let me know his recommendations. He in no way pressured me to add the extra things needed and even informed me that if other carpet cleaning companies told me I needed to do this or that, that it was a scam. I especially appreciated him explaining the process of how he was going to treat the stains and also letting me know beforehand what the cost would be. He asked if we were planning to replace our carpets in the near future because if we weren't, he would have suggested another treatment for them. This company is not about trying to nickel and dime you, they are honest and trustworthy. I'd also like to mention that I had previously tried to contact two other carpet cleaning companies in the area before I contacted Zerorez, and did not even get a call or email back from either of them. Zerorez was prompt in scheduling us, and because of our experience with Randy and the company, we will definitely schedule with you in the future. Thank you for the excellent job. Our carpets look so much better--and just in time for the holidays!"

"The upholstery cleaning was sufficient. However, the carpet cleaning experience leaves a lot to be desired. If you have pets BEWARE, the quote given will be more than doubled to give "quality cleaning" to your carpets. I was left with a sub-par job and marks on the walls and chunks from the dry wall on the freshly painted rooms. At a loss of an entire day, a process that I expected to take a few hours took 7 hours to complete. Definitely not going to be a return customer."
