Our TPI certified specialist also provides Titleist Performance Institute Movement Screens for golfers, offering strengthening and mobility drills to improve restricted movements. Bryan is exceptional in the workouts he provides (while at his gym and for home exercises) and his attention to detail. He demonstrates well and spots everything so I can learn and practice proper form. "I worked with Bryan for a full session this year. WFH makes me sitting too long. I lost whole body strength, especially in legs, and also gained weight. Bryan first asked my goals (lose weight and build up strength) and had me tested. Then he made a detailed plans tailored to my needs and focusing on different trainings. He taught me how to do strength training with the correct positions, most effective way for cardio and knowledge of diet control. With that, after the session, I lost 7 pounds, feel more fit and get back to a regular work out routine. I can do much better if I stick with his plan more strictly. I highly recommend Bryan for his professionalism and enthusiasm in physical therapy and personal training."

"It was wonderful working with Bryan and exactly the challenge I needed to get moving again. He was so easy going and I felt comfortable with him throughout the duration of he coached me. He developed an exercise program based on my fitness goals and made adjustments according to my capabilities, injuries, equipment availability, and schedule. There were plenty of variety so it was never boring. During the exercises, he ensured my form was proper to reduce risks of injury while encouraging me to finish through a tough workout!
