"I joined the Portland Tai Chi Academy seven years ago. I was a little hesitant at first, since it was my first experience in a martial arts school. But I found all the two-person exercises to be the most enjoyable part of studying at here. This a very serious program, but you don't have to be anyone but yourself in order the reap the benefits of it. The emphasis here is on continuously sinking your weight throughout the form. It's good at any age and any time of day."
