"THEY NEED TO HIRE PEDIATRICIANS!! When you see a doctor they are great. We had the most amazing ped doc but sadly she retired spring 2023. Now my kids have a primary they have never met because she has been booked out since before out doctor retired. I have been told they have had several pediatricians retire or leave and not a single one replaced or new hires. I get there is a medical staffing issue nationwide but this is getting negligent. I called for a nurse question on a sick baby. After an hour long hold talked to someone on thr medical advice line whose option was ER or wait for a nurse to call. Got a nurse call 2 hrs and 45 mins later that said yes my child needed to see a doctor but they had no opening at any location for 2 days so I needed to take them in to the ER or find a local urgent care until I could get an appointment. The holds are insane. I as an adult was on the wait for a primary care provider for 11 months. When we finally saw the doctor he is great and couldn't believe we had to wait that long to be assigned a doctor and yes we checked back very frequently on any updates. The medical staff you get to see is great when you get to see them but the waits, lack of staff and apathetic reception people you talk to are another story. I am sure they are tired as they get the angry/scared patients and especially parents but peacehealth needs to hires some pediatricians now. Kids and babies should have the best level of care and 2-3 days for any appt...even in the same day clinic is insane and negligent. And I know this isn't unique tonjust peacehealth as my sister with her kids in a private practice are going through the same but as being the largest system in lane county it is appalling. Hire some ped docs and staff."

"Our children have been patients of PeaceHealth since birth, so over 12 years. Our first pediatrician retired and we love our new pediatrician. What we HATE is their customer service and made up "policies" that make families suffer, every single month. Let's not forget their backdoor access for families of employees. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call back for 2 days and they won't even call me."

"Dr. Bennett is the most kind-hearted and non-judgemental pediatrician in town! She takes the time to listen and address parental concerns. So blessed to have her as our doctor! Switching to Peacehealth was so delightful and easy. The receptionist was so gracious and quick with the whole process!"

"This place is just okay. We have a good doctor, but he is heavily pro-vaccine slanted. I have felt uncomfortably pressured to vaccinate here despite clearly staying my stance and reasoning behind it. The staff just won't take no for an answer. And obtaining actual printouts of the vaccine manufacturers warning labels has been difficult to obtain. Also, while they are typically quite good about returning calls after hours and even scheduling weekend appointments when needed for emergencies, they must have recently changed their procedures for this because I have called their office line in addition to the after-hours clinic directly 5 times in the last 24 hours and have received zero responses or phone calls from any nurse triage line or on-call doctor. I was also told emergenxy x-rays on weekends are no longer allowed. This resulted in many wasted hours, headaches, and energy spent in urgent cares all weekend long, not to mention increased exposure to other people who may have been covid positive, thus unnecessarily encouraging the spread of the virus and putting mine and my children's lives in danger. I find this to be highly irresponsible of them."
