"Cool store! I definitely saw some retro games here being sold for pretty cheap prices, I got Final Fantasy IV on Nintendo DS for $25 which I thought was nice. The place can be a little bit hard to find and it's on the small side but so worth looking around. The owner seems friendly and calm, I went in once while someone who didn't know much about video games was trying to argue with him, but he held himself together well. Good return policy and customer service. Probably a good place to check out every so often."

"I bought a ps2 from this location, and it barely worked. Making very loud noises, and I had to restart the system multiple times just to get it to work with any game. They offered to give me a different ps2, but when I buy.. it has to be mint. I just wanted a refund, but the person was very short with me and said, "Come in, and we will see what we can do for you." really fast. I said, "Okay", and they hung up as fast as they could. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience and no explanation. I will never return there again. Keep the overpriced $120. I'm a collector, and the only reason I paid a premium was because it was mint on the exterior. I can't believe they would sell a system that is broken. Do they even test their systems? Who knows. I'm sure they will say we test all our systems before we put them out for sale. Well, you definitely didn't test this one that sounds like it has a chainsaw living in it when you turn it on. Response to owner: I said I never tested it until I took it on a trip as my traveling ps2. You saw that in the other review. I also said in both reviews that I tested multiple games on it. My games are near mint. These are all games that I play regularly on my home ps2. All these arguments are just strawmen. I knew they were coming, though, after reading the other reviews you responded to. It's pretty clear that you think you know everything, and the customer is only right if they sing praise. I'm no idiot and I've owned many PS2s in my lifetime. I'm no liar, and I take care of my consoles with great care. I keep them in original boxes or ps1 traveling cases. Your man on the phone was super rude to me. Maybe he is you. Either way.. you don't know how to treat a customer. The proper way to respond is, first of all, you're sorry and that you want to make things right. Whoever it was on the phone was super quick with their words and obviously annoyed (very unprofessional). Much like I was when I found out the playstation was broken after not trying it for a month. I just trusted you guys and that was a mistake."

"It's nice to have a new store open up around the area. The owner is a good dude who does care for his games. The place is new and is starting out but you can tell the skeleton and strong foundation is there. Can't wait to visit it more in the future."
