He kept in regular contact with updates and was a pleasure to work with. He made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Shae was fantastic going through all of the details and paperwork, was clear about options without pressure to do a bunch of add-ons. Once my bike was bought and loaded, Edward took the time to teach me proper tie-down techniques. He's a master of the craft, no doubt, and an excellent teacher. All of the staff were pleasant, and I'd recommend Cycle Country."

"I had actually just gone here to meet a friend. I have shopped here prior to this, and the staff is always very helpful. They are on top of their customer service there is no doubt about it. It was very quiet in the store during this visit. My friend hadn't gotten there yet so I was the only customer in the place, along with the 2 very nice employees. They both greeted me very kindly and ambitiously. It's always a little awkward being the lone customer in a small store. I took a quick lap and as soon as I saw that my friend wasn't there I left. The store was in very nice condition, clean, and merchandise well. Their stock looked good, everything was full, no empty shelves or racks. The 2 employees were also friendly on the way out. Also as I recall from my previous shopping experiences, these nice gentlemen are very knowledgeable and experienced with the products they carry. They both have worked there since the first time I set foot in that store almost 2 years ago."
