"The pharmacy is a mess, they are rude and give highly inaccurate time frames, I went there three times in one day because the staff kept telling me in 45 min it would be ready and I would go back in and was told another 45 min. They used the insurance as an excuse to not fill my $20 prescription. They just assumed I wouldn’t pay for it and so they kept not filling it. Highly unprofessional and a big waste of people time."

"I went to pickup the photos I’ve had developed but, one of the staff members couldn’t find it so he had to re-print them for me. It was totally fine with me, since I was also wanting to walk around the store. Just wanted to give a shout out to Jake for helping me get my photos reprinted. He was absolutely polite (same with the other staff member that was there). I went in at around 7pm and it was busy, but both were able to scan the customers in a timely manner"

"-1 stars! rude people, manager doesn't care. I had to use picture services and had to wait 15 minutes and nobody cared! I would not return! the woman at the photo department, (middle aged, chubby woman wearing prescription glasses) was rude to say the list...oh well."

"I’ve had so many terrible experiences with this pharmacy. I’ve not experienced a group more willfully unskilled, miserable, incompetent at their jobs AND still employed. I could not imagine going into work absolutely devoid of human emotion, and treat people so callously, especially while working in healthcare. I get that life is rough and therapy isn’t within everyone’s budget… but does Walgreens not even provide these people EAP??? I called to ask about the other location on Stark in Troutdale being closed and seeing if I could have my prescription moved to this location until they reopened. Waited about 90 minutes on hold, constantly having the line “picked up” and put back on hold, until they just decided to hang up on me. And when I went in, the technician was extremely cold and unbothered, and was quick to interrupt me and make me feel stupid even though the phones at the other location were not working and the website said they were closed (“did you even try going there to see if they were open?”) Because apparently calling and checking the website (again both said they were closed) is ridiculous and I should have driven there to see if they were open *eye roll*. If you’re seeking the bare minimum, low-skilled, indifferent healthcare experience then go here, but just know they still fall short of this low bar."

"Says they're open 9 to 9 on fridays. When I went on friday at 5pm they were closed and i was told (with empty cold callous tone) that they closed at 4:30pm and wouldn't be open again until Monday. This after 5 on friday so doctors are gone for the day. Not even an I'm sorry. Now its monday and they've finally gotten their sh*t together enough to manage to show that the store is temporarily closed -- just in time for them to actually be open. They say on the phone they're open now, but NOW -- 60 hours TOO LATE they say they are temporarily closed. They SHOULD HAVE notified my doctor of the closure when it was called in last Thursday, but they were too incompetent, callous and utterly careless for that. They SHOULD HAVE had the temporary closure up online for people to see on Friday. I'll be going to a new pharmacy from now on. If this was a restaurant it would only be slightly annoying, but people's health matters, and it was grossly incompetent of them not to notify doctors of the situation. The fact that closure shows up now, too late, only shows they are aware that this was absolutely gross incompetence on their part and they're trying to back pedal. People were hurt this weekend due to their incompetence. Somebody should be getting fired."
