"I purchased an LG all in one washer/drier. Besides the property damage their delivery people did, the unit itself was all dented and scratched up. I called their support line the very next day and that's when the honeymoon was over. They promised one thing then two days later I had to call back and I was told they had to refile the claim and the insurance company would call me within 24 hours. They never did. Long story short is Best Buy promised people would call me back each of the 8 days I had to call them. Never to this day receive any calls back. Best Buys outsourced customer service department flat out sucks."
"I purchased a TV from them a couple of months ago and the sales person (His Initials are C.S.) rang up a Bose sound bar on the transaction even though I'd never told him I was buying it. Returned the item right after the transaction was over whilst feeling confused as to why he did that in the first place. He was trying to up-sale me on all sorts of things even though they don't work on commission, or so he said (makes no sense). He had continued to try even after I said I'm not interested in anything else. The sales advisor told me if I signed up for a Best Buy credit card I'd be eligible for $145 in-store credit from the purchase I was making. I agreed to do it only to find I ended up with no credit. I went in and they were very helpful fixing this, but it still isn't fixed. I've only received less than half of the credit I was told I would get. I would've never signed up for the Credit Card otherwise, if I cancel it now then my credit will go down. Thanks for the lies and useless credit card guys."
"What can I say? This is your typical Best Buy. It was clean and had what wanted in stock. There were several people on the sales floor available to help me. The lines at check out were pretty long, but surprisingly, they moved pretty fast. Plenty of checkers. Also, they price matched so I was I was very happy about that. No complaints. I would recommend."
