"Good afternoon. I went to your store in Gresham yesterday when I was in line waiting to pay, the cashier looked at me a little unpleasantly. When it was my turn, I approached her, she never looked at me or greeted me, then she received the products to pay for, she told me the amount,... before that... I asked her if she needed my phone number, She told me that it was not necessary for me, I replied: "Ok, thank you" and proceeded to pay. Since I was carrying a backpack, I had to stay near the cash register where I had paid. She began serving a white couple, before they spoke, she told them: "Please give me your phone number, I don't want you to lose your points for the purchase"... I was in a hurry, but what I heard caught my attention and taking into account the attitude of the cashier towards me. I do not want to believe that this is an act of racism, discrimination and inequity because I am Latino; If so, it would be regrettable. It is for this reason that I recommend that you train your staff better... maybe, this person believes that my money is not valid in your establishment or that I do not have the legitimate right to buy where you or to receive the benefit of the points . If you review the purchases I have made with you, you will easily realize that I am loyal to your brand."

Got us everything we needed for safety and for hauling the Kayak. She even showed how to attach it to the car. I have never had customer service that good and friendly.
