"I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent interview process at [this store I had a scheduled interview with the manager, and despite making arrangements to be available, I did not receive a call or email to cancel or reschedule. This lack of communication not only resulted in a missed opportunity for me but also caused me to rearrange my schedule, including leaving a class early in anticipation of the interview. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially from a managerial position. I believe that effective communication is a fundamental aspect of any professional setting, and the failure to inform me of any changes in the interview schedule reflects poorly on the management of [burleington I hope that this feedback encourages a reconsideration of communication practices within the organization. "This store is scary. You get stopped at the entrance so the camera can get a good look at you. Then there are “Shoplifters will be prosecuted” signs EVERYWHERE. How do you expect someone to shop here?? Just close it down at this point."

"The security guard tells you as you enter, "Our changing rooms are closed," in as unwelcoming a tone as possible. They then pull back the retractable belt, like you're entering a prison, into a store so overcrowded with merchandise it's no wonder they're struggling to keep track of it all. I came in with toddlers and kept them in the cart the whole time because things were stacked so high that I was afraid something would fall on them. Not to mention, many of the aisles weren't navigable for carts, so we left pretty fast and don't plan on returning."

"I arrived here on Friday evening, just before closing. As I walked up, a few people were exiting the store. So, I waited for them to walk out and went to enter when a lady came up and stopped me. She said, 'Sorry, we are closed.' I told her I just had a return. I didn't plan to shop; I had one item to return with a receipt in hand. She said sorry and closed the door on me. I was shocked!!! The store wasn't supposed to close until 8 PM, it was maybe 7:51; it only takes a few mins to do a return. I would have been out of the store before 8 PM. Bad customer service, not to mention the store is very unorganized and messy."

"I really like their inventory. I found a nice coat and dress the other day, both designer brands at amazing prices. The only thing is the fitting rooms were closed. They said corporate closed their fitting rooms due to high theft. There are some strange customers that are in the store it seemed like, as in there were a lot of people wondering around and not buying anything. They did not have any bags to put the purchases in. I'm giving 3 stars because I like the clothes and the prices were really good, and the staff was friendly. I think this location has potential and I hope they are able to stay in business."
