"Honestly I used to like shopping here. Not anymore I had an horrible experience. I was wanting to try stuff on and the lady that helped me had so an additude and was annoyed that she had to help me. She asked me if I needed the fitting room or not. She had no patience at ALL. If she isn’t happy working there she shouldn’t be working. And I didn’t get her name she didn’t have a name tag on. She had a ponytail. The other lady that checked me out was nice she had braids."

"I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and for the last five years or so I’ve had nothing but the worst customer service every time I come in to this location, they are so rude in there. I will be going 18 minutes out of my way to the troutdale Location from now on."

"I brought my teen to shop and I felt I needed to write a review based on Horrible customer service i received. They should hire people that know how to be professional, and helpful. Very rude young woman with nasty attitudes and dispositions. My teen loves to shop at Rue21, but with employees at this location will most definitely make this company loose a customer that like to spend money. I'm most definitely sure I will never return to this location and i will jave to travel across town to the next location unfortunately!!"

"Good selection of clothing, accessories plus a nice staff in the store. Very friendly and outgoing I was the only one in the store and there was quite a few staff members. Have very cute clothes something the younger generation would like. A nice selection of perfume and aftershaves that anyone would like. Jhonathan gave me samples of their perfume sample papers there were nice. They were inexpensive & in beautiful bottles. Something nice for that special birthday. The store was clean, tidy & well organized with plenty of room to walk around the store be sure to stop by & check them out."

"I’m really disappointed that the manager Lucero thinks she can disrespect customers the way she did today with me. I just spent nearly $200 over this past week at Rue, and the attitude I received from her was not okay at all, if you want customers to return and spend the money they do you should really consider checking your customer service. When I came in yesterday the guy who checked me out was pleasant and very nice today when he worked with this manager he was very stressed out and could barely function you can tell from this right here that she isn’t good with her employees or her customers and to me that is not okay."
