"We have used Estes 3 times over the last year and every time has been a poor experience. I am uncertain weather or not this is JUST the Eugene location or not but they never seem to pick up their phones, have to be harassed to get freight picked up and have NEVER been on time. Just this week we had scheduled a pickup at 9am for by the end of the day at 5pm. They didn't even show up until we had called them twice, both after 5 and one was on hold for over 30 minutes, just for them to show up at 6:10. I would strongly recommend going with another carrier if you are needing freight shipped out from the Eugene area."
