"As a fat person who has navigated many fitness spaces over the past 10-15 yesss, YogaRIOT is the only place I’ve felt so safe, comfortable, and completely non judged for my body or abilities. The coaches are incredibly warm and inviting, they are consistently offering various ways to do movements, and regularly remind us that using blocks is GOOD for your body and not a weakness in your abilities. I just hit 50 classes and have noooo plan of leaving anytime soon. I’m so happy with this space and the community it’s formed."
"It was a pleasant surprise to find a hot yoga studio upon moving to Sellwood, I did the two week $39 unlimited pass and was hooked! I’ve had a membership for a little over a year now and it’s only gotten better. They have a variety of instructors with a lot of classes through out the day. "One of the best hot vinyasa flow yoga studios in Portland. The teachers and the regulars are welcoming to all levels. Its a quaint/cozy place that often is filled to max, so plan ahead and hold grace for self and others. They rent mats, and have free blocks for class use, but I recommend bringing your own sweat towel, mat and water. Note: they lock the door at the start of class, so no late entry. ✨"
"I really enjoy coming to this studio. The classes are challenging but I always feel amazing after. It’s really nice that they have classes early in the morning and as late as 7pm so that I can fit a class in even with my busy work schedule. I also like that there are two levels to the studio and the upstairs is a little hotter, so on the days that I’m craving something more intense I can practice upstairs."
