"My friend and I both needed new phones, and AT&T was offering a trade-in deal on the new S24. Michael was very patient with us, both in our late 70s. He explained and answered all our questions and worked diligently to transfer her old, out-of-area phone number. While we waited for the transfer, Michael was able to work with another elderly couple behind us, again showing his patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Michael was just great!!"

"Some guy was in the store claiming to be a manager from another town he was trying to get me to sign papers that did not require any signing before I made a purchase, I told him it was a strange thing to ask asked him what was done with my info for the credit check and. Left the store, I then went back and took his pic just in case, when I left he said, this is private property I am asking you to leave, I was already across the street,"
"We spent forever on the phone (with AT&T support not the store) everyday for over a week trying to port a number over from a different carrier to the new phone we ordered. They kept saying they fixed it but the same problem kept happening and the new phone order kept getting canceled over and over. We finally said screw that and went into the AT&T store. Justin (hope that’s right) the manager was the one who helped us. He had great energy and was so kind, even while staying almost 2 hours after closing to get it done (we got there 1 hour before close, it took so long bc of factors outside his control.) I could tell he’s very passionate about what he does and will conquer any challenge that comes his way. He truly goes above and beyond for customers and keeps the same joyful energy whether it takes 10 mins or 3 hours. He treated us like friends, not just customers, and gave his honest opinion on devices rather than trying to sell the most expensive product he could, which is what convinced us to buy additional items. Justin was fast, focused, passionate, friendly, funny, and smart. Ditch the AT&T support call centers and come here!"
