"I felt that I would get better service from a small business and after reading several great reviews stating high-quality workmanship, helpful attitude, and quick turnarounds, I chose this business. Unfortunately, I did not experience any of the benefits the reviews alluded to. In fact, quite the opposite. He provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He did not meet the completion dates that he set. It appears that he accepts and works on projects in whatever order he chooses. He conveyed absolutely zero communication with me. It required several attempts (over weeks) to get ahold of him and find out the progress of my project. He rarely responds to voicemails or text messages and expects you to know when he's away (for over a week), though his voicemail does not reflect as such. If you're a novice, who is unsure of how to proceed, your questions will be answered with a rude and condescending attitude. I ended up wasting months with absolutely no progress. I do not understand how someone can be in business with this poor level of communication and professionalism."
