"Alex is so knowledgeable! She’s saving me so much time by recommending which boots will fit a narrow foot, so I can search easier and really research what skate will be perfect for jamming. She also is recommending plates and wheels based on my style and I really feel like I’m going to get the perfect custom skate built (a relief from the concerns of online shopping!) Her shop has every item you could think of to try, and she encourages you to try everything on for a proper fit. Nothing but expertise and a friendly grin, and she follows all Covid protocols which I very much appreciate. She definitely has my business!"

"Alex was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. We went in to get skates for Mom and then also ended up with dad skates too. She helped get us setup for what we were looking to do. Also helped with my daughters skates with new wheels and bearings. Was honest about keeping her existing skates and just to put new wheels and bearings vs buying new skates for her.
