"We're glad we moved here(10 years in 2024)!! Best mobile home park in Coos County, standards are high, have to pass a back ground check, all ages, quite, secure and you have to maintain your lots. Management (MIKE) and maintenance crew(Mark&Hank) are great! Elderly, pet, and kid friendly. AFFORDABLE housing. Friendly and pleasant mobile home park to live in. Close to medical facilities, shopping, schools, wildlife,and beaches."
"I am here every week to cate for my aging mother whom lives here. Very nice mobile home park. Manager and maintenance man are a perfect set of men running the place and keeping it in outstanding condition and in beautiful condition year round. Come enjoy the mobile home parks annual garage sale where the entire park is encouraged to participate in the sales of whatever they'd like to get rid of. The first weekend of July. Friday - Sunday. 9am - 4pm. 122 units in this mobile Home Estates that get involved once a year to earn some extra cash, and clean out their garages of things not needed any longer , and a chance of winning prizes for many different games and challenges that the manager has each year. Best yard care is what my mom won for last year. rent was paid for the month for hiring just the perfect yard maintenance person who just happened to be my Bestfriend. And boy does she work hard and do amazing work. Hope to see lots of new faces this year. Kimberly"
"They should have a little bit more lenient on ex convicts because people do change and they do not have any new conviction"
"Its a nice place with a fairly good neighborhood. There is a cute little park. [All the kids stuff in the park is gone now. No swings or slides since 2020.] I think they are going to upgrade the park. But as of now the park is just a path with benches and a big sand pit where the kids stuff used to be. There is still a place to shoot hoops. And its a nice path to walk the dog but that's about it."
