"The care I received tonight from the crew in the ambulance was the best I've seen so far I was really impressed I was really scared and they managed to help me stay calm and they didn't make me feel discredited or make me uncomfortable when I was having to stop to try and not panic and seeing their kind faces and seeing that they were rushing it helped me to realize after a few moments that they were taking me seriously. these guys made a difference tonight the company's doing something right"

"They are great workers for what they do but they arent built on professionalism and empathy. They have tried to force work on me as a sick care giver who wasnt allowed to touch my client without ppes (we had none) until I was given the clear from my doctor to go back to work. They bossed me, shook their heads dramatically, and yelled loudly about personal health issues of the client through an open window so just about anyone could hear and loudly judged me because I said I was sick and couldnt work until doctors go ahead. They were wonderful to the client, thankfully, but their methodically hidden professionalism is poorly written and is just a joke."

"They don't deserve one star - I was yelled at, pawed and almost died while they messed around acting like they are doctors. I needed fast transport to Bay Area Hospital from NBMC because my heart was beating >180 BPM. I already had an IV in my arm. The supervisor did not want to go - he wanted to take my shirt off and give me another EKG (which I had already had in the walk in clinic). When I told him no, please take me to the ER immediately he became abusive and angry. I had to shout 'TAKE ME TO THE ER, NOW!' He radioed ahead and said I was a crazy woman. He was horrible. The others standing around grinning and laughing - why would they need to re-triage me? I needed ER staff STAT to reset my heart (which the wonderful nurses at the ER did) and the EMT's did not care. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company and they charge an arm and a leg - ZERO STARS - this is not over. Take your loved one by car to the ER and save them yourself. God bless #ChristYeshuaLeads"

"If I could give zero stars I would. They picked my father inlaw up to take him to a dentist appointment. Dropped him of 30 min early, which is fine. When it was time to pick him back up we called and they said it would be 20 minutes. 2 hours later after calling many times (person on the phone was rude everytime) they finally showed up to pick him up. If you can find an alternate ride I recommend doing so."

"I am disgusted beyond words. I signed up for a one year membership in March and paid the annual rate. I then get a notice that I have to renew my membership in June after paying for an entire year. They told me that their memberships run from June to June and that they don't prorate partial years. I was also informed that this was all contained in the fine print. I received an email receipt after first signing up but never received a membership card. My receipt did not indicate that I was paying the annual rate for only 3 months. I did ask if something could be done with this and I was told no because it was all contained in the "fine print". This is so totally dishonest and lacking in integrity and I will never have anything to do with this company again. If I could give less than one start I would."
