"The house overall was okay. Plusses, the cleaning lady and location. Minuses, the shower kept clogging. The management company sent someone and they cleared it once, the next day you'll been standing ankle deep in the water. The bathroom ceiling has mold. The alarm went off last night three times. We called the emergency number four times. No response until 9 am. The alarm started at 11 pm. I recommend not using this rental company, there are many in the area."

"I would love to rate this higher but there is a little bit of overempowerment that some of the staff here seem to think that they have. McKenzie is doing a great job taking the slum out of her inherited properties . Marcus and the secretary are good people as well, just keep in mind that not all staff seem to be sober or sane one or the other. These are the people that represent your company and I just feel bad for some people when they are giving the slightest bit of power and use it in the wrong way and take it out on others in the wrong way. Keep it proffessional and I am sure you might start seeing some better reviews along with better people as tenants."
"My experience with this Rental Agency has been wonderful. The Staff at the front desk are kind and helpful. The Maintenance Team are very promt and quick and responsive repairs. McKenzie has been proactive and does a great job with finding a good fit for the renter/renters. Thank you Seaside rentals for your amazing service."
"I too am experiencing the same and have heard from a vast majority of tenants with evidence of retaliation refusal of services maintenance of property and refusal to renew rental agreements or to even provide any. I paid full rent for two properties nearly $1,100 per month. We didn't even have an issue with the landlord but his employee had a personal issue signed our eviction and turned it In two days after we had signed rent. When we went to go speak with the office about it he said that he had a headache over the problem with his employee and to seek residence elsewhere. It wasn't even an issue with him and he called the police and refused to seek a solution or give cause for eviction passed a headache over his employees problem."
