Ashore Hotel

"I went back and forth on booking this room. I loved their idea behind the minimalist, eco friendly rooms, but worried we would regret not having access to the amenities that other hotels offer. I am so happy we made the call to stay here. I loved it. Not 1 issues. Everything worked. WiFi was strong enough to stream with our Roku and we used our phones and iPads as well. French press with local coffee. I slept amazing. Concrete floors were a little cold bring slippers, but nice to not worry about carpet. Shampoo and Conditioner were great. Fire place outside with seating, the bar where the make great drinks, serve yummy food and espresso drinks! They have parking, short walk to the beach without the noise of being right on the boardwalk. We will definitely be back."

"Used to love this hotel but they don’t care about loyalty or customers literally coming for my bday the 3rd year in a row and the room was cheaper now then when we booked and they won’t honor the difference even with credit to use at the hotel and I booked directly from them and a email member stayed here over 6 times in 3 years. Very disappointed looking elsewhere. The pool is small and they are no better than any other seaside hotel."

"My husband and I recently stayed here for our yearly trip to the coast. It was very affordable and has an excellent location very close to food, the Prom, the beach, and the convention center where there was a cat show happening that we went to see. We had a king room that was spacious and also very cuddly and romantic. The bathroom is big, the water pressure was lovely. We reported a small problem with the sink drain and it was fixed in a flash! The walls are a bit thin, but they provide ear-plugs for that exact purpose, and we brought our headphones as well. This was something we knew going in, so we do not fault them for it. The only issue we had was with the shower "door" which is not a door, just a glass wall. Aesthetically it is very nice looking, but it did tend to get a lot of water on the floor. Outside of that one issue, which is admittedly small, we enjoyed everything else! We had a wonderful time in the heated pool. The staff were all very kind, friendly, and eager to assist us. The beds were comfortable. The little faux fireplace was probably my favorite part. We would retire for the day and I would light the fuel cans and we would cuddle while we watched the fire. It was lovely! Overall, we highly recommend staying here! :)"

"Right by the main part of town and all the eats, beach access, liked the vibe and the DVD/board game use that's a throwback win! No complaints from the lady and I nor the 2 pups we brought along. Cozy!"

"Room was clean and comfy. I give it 4 stars. Only 1 channel on the tv was working the whole time we were there. We followed the instructions on the paper for the remote and that did nothing, I’m thinking it was outdated or something. Also no toilet paper when we checked into our room, I had to go ask for some. We loved the pool, although the pool is really small, I love that it’s warm but it could be warmer considering it’s part outside and the winds make it colder. The sauna doesn’t get steamy at all no matter how much water you put on the coals so it felt really dry. The lady at the front desk was really nice, plenty of parking and close to everything, so we had our truck parked the whole time and just walked everywhere. We were on the bottom and the people above us were noisy, we could hear constant walking, running, the doors opening and closing above us all night and so it was hard to fall asleep. I do like this hotel though."
