"The location was perfect my stay and easily within walking distance for everywhere I needed to go. The room was cute but there were two small black stains on the sheets. It always amazes how the cleaning service can still place sheets like that on a bed. The light didn’t work in the bathroom and had to brush my teeth in the dark since the weather was bad and no sunlight was shining into the room. I asked if I could stay until about 1pm for a late checkout and was rudely told no and that 11:30am was the latest. I came for a basketball tournament and wanted to stay in the room since it’s raining and can’t explore like I would have liked. I would never stay here again and should’ve known when the guest before me checked in but came back to the office when his room was not ready and made up."

"I was legitimately shocked at how great this place was. I was just looking for cheap accommodations at the beach because we were only going to be there for a basketball tournament not a vacation, but once we checked in it actually was a really nice value add to our weekend. The staff was incredible and friendly. It looked like our room had recently been renovated and indeed the whole property looks like it had a lot of new improvements done in the last year or so. Our room had a nice little kitchenette, which was really nice. You don't really think about the idea of wanting a plate or a bowl until you're already there and it was great to have that handy. The location was close to downtown without being right on top of everyone, close to 101 without having to deal with that traffic, and on a relatively quiet block. The loudest parts of the trip were the seagulls and the wind. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Seaside and I recommend it highly."

"Simply love this hotel. My fiance and I absolutely love the riverview rooms in their secondary building. The balconies/patios overlooking the river are absolutely delightful. Would recommend to anyone. My only complaint is some rooms have a small water heater, so I have to be mindful of my showers. That said, the water pressure is great. Rooms are spacious and always clean."

"Stayed here for one night while passing through Seaside - we were in the “River building”, a very short drive away from the reception building. Room was clean (smelled a bit strongly of cleaner but nothing an open window couldn’t fix) and I appreciated they provided stand-up fans as they provided some nice air circulation and white noise. Great water pressure in the shower. I found the room very quiet. The beds were comfy. I could not figure out the TV for the life of me - I took a solid 15min to get it working and then there was no sound no matter what I tried (I’m in my 30s for reference, generally good with tech!) I’d also prefer a deadbolt latch as opposed to just a regular lock. It’s a few blocks away from “downtown” Seaside and maybe a 10min walk to the plaza with the Safeway."
