"While the house we stayed in and the booking process was great. However the amenities were listed wrong and trying to contact them afterwards for a non emergency is a joke. Emailed and called but never got a response, even days later. Makes me wonder what would of happened in an emergency. Still never heard back from anyone.I guess once they get your money you’re in your own."

"We rented a home in Pacific City through Oregon Beach Rentals in October 2020. It was te first time we’d rented from them. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was the stench from the trash. We would soon discover additional trash left in the garage, unswept floors, corroded pots and pans, dirt on the sheets and inadequate soap for the bathrooms. But the most frustrating thing was the slow response time and the runaround. We got from the management. Out “case” was closed before we had even filed it. We rent houses at the coast very frequently and we will never use Oregon Beach Rentals again."

"Update to my prior review: Dean from Oregon Beach Vacations promptly replied to my review and was courteous, professional and genuine. We discussed their policies on accessible properties and found that we had made a minor mistake when searching homes. The small issues we did have were addressed and taken care of by housekeeping immediately. While not every experience may be absolutely ideal, it is more important to us to know that Customer Service still matters to companies and that is what we found with this company. My appreciation for Dean and his staff has grown into a respect and admiration for the way they conduct business and because of this trust, we will only book our vacations with them From here on out!"
