"Impressive veterinarians office. Very clean with lots of professional staff, their own X-ray, phlebotomy equipment, etc. They even have a section in the lobby that sells specialized dietary foods for pets and personal waiting rooms. A rather surprisingly fancy sort of place, given the area, that inspires confidence when you need it most."
"Talked with Karen the manager. about titers test which we asked about but was told their shot system eliminates the need for that. They have a clear understanding that we don't want to over vaccinate and are meeting our objective rather than following their normal regimen. We have an appointment set for the blood draw two weeks from now. We look forward to good communication and services."

"We are new to Coos Bay and didn't have a regular vet for our cat when she became I'll. We called vets in the area and no one would take her because they weren't taking new patients or emergencies !?!? Then we called Morgan and what a relief, they said they could get her in first thing in the morning! They were very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. We were able to take her home at the end of the day with instructions for further care. Would definitely go to them again! Are they expensive, oh hell yeah, but they were the only ones that would see my sick cat and that is priceless!!!!"
