"I cannot say enough horrible things about waterfall clinic! 1st when I became a pt originally years ago they had me fill out a new pt packet. After filling out the new pt packet I was scheduled to see a therapist and an OB due to a horribly abusive ex. DESPITE me filling out a new pt packet with all my info on it, they violated HIPPA and reached out to my abusive ex from over 5 years ago letting him know of my counseling session in which he contacted me out of the blue letting me know of my upcoming appt which then opened the doors for him to harass my children and I yet again! I never showed up for my counseling session and had to move out of the area. I came back after a year and the only providers accepting pts was waterfall. Filled out another new pt packet. Seen OB Yvonne Fenrich. (Above and beyond an amazing provider she is still my OB). Went to my 2nd appt with waterfall to see my Yvonne and she was in a meeting that ended in her leaving waterfall that day. They had me see another provider who disagreed with MY PROVIDER and I's treatment plan and tried changing it leaving me in tears and walking out of the office due to her not wanting to listen. Thank goodness Yvonne is at Bay Clinic now! I was still at waterfall due to seeing a primary. I went through 4 primary providers and another 2 new pt packets because they kept leaving or they told me they needed updated info. They then placed me with a new doctor (Dwyer) who has seen me twice due to an ankle injury i was seen in the ER for. (They only got me in because they get more money if they see a pt within a certain time after being seen in the ER.) ZERO bedside manner. He came in complaining, in a horrible mood, didn't listen to me at all. But I figured I'm a human too and we all have bad days... went in for my follow up and there was NO parking. Then again Dwyer had the same attitude and was NOT listening to me at all! Kept asking me the same thing over and over. Got onto his cell phone to search up and go off of GOOGLE for my symptoms and plan of treatment. We went over some of my RX because I needed refills. Apparently AGAIN my paperwork was never inputted because my RX weren't in the system, nor my history!!! I told him what I needed and so I thought he did it. Well today I get a call from a lady with a pretty heavy accent who is telling me my insurance won't cover it (though i have been on it for 2 years. Come to find out he gave me the wrong medication anyways! I then asked her where my packet was that I filled out because all that info is there, plus my rx should be in my chart even if it's from prior years (I worked in the Healthcare system I know this) She would ask me a question I would go to answer and she kept cutting me off! I asked her 5x to please stop cutting me off. I went to speak she cut me off again after 2 words I yelled stop, nevermind, goodbye! I as of today will NOT return to waterfall. I know I'm not the only one because while waiting to be seen a lady came out asking to be seen by someone else also. Though apparently it's not just the providers, its the front desk agents too!!"

"Receptionist insists that she called me and was not able to leave a message that my appointment I had waited months for was cancelled. The number they have for me is correct and I have no calls or messages on the day she claims she called me. My mailbox has never been full so there is no way that she tried to call and wasn’t able to leave a message. I drove 45 minutes to find out my appointment had been cancelled and they don’t know when I’ll be able to see someone else."

"I'm new in town and was trying to get a doctor. I registered for a new patient online and didn't hear back for a bit. One person was on leave that usually processes the paperwork and I was in the system and that the process would take a bit. I called a couple weeks later to see where I was in the process, the regular lady was back she went through the paperwork and found me! She got me in the next day! I needed medication, a regular doctor, a women's doctor and a psychiatrist. The red head lady at the front desk was kind of rude when she was making my appointments for everything though. But doctor pasternak was kind, understanding and helpful."

"Doctors, nurses, and therapists are wonderful and legitimately caring. The receptionists, however? Not so much. Or at all. They are always rude, starting from the moment they answer the phone. Nancy is the worst and has made me seriously reconsider returning. If I can't ask a simple question without her loudly groaning and complaining about it, then why should I bother at all? Get new receptionists. Yours are driving patients away."

"I saw a school based therapist here and quit seeing her because she made me uncomfortable. She has changed her visit summaries and notes for those visits more than 4 times. I have not saw her in over two months. I did not want her to continue accessing my record and altering her notes. I had already requested this in person from her boss. Her doing this destroyed my medical care there. I will not be making another appointment at the school based therapy clinic because of this and do not want a therapist here who writes down what I say and alters it several times on my care team. I have since left the waterfall clinic in both locations because of this. The therapist was never removed from my care team and I never received help for this situation. They do not care about their patients rights here. They cared more about protecting a therapist who violates her patients rights. I do not recommend this clinic for therapy."
