"I had to get a heart monitor “zio patch” and I was not told that it had latex in it which I’m extremely allergic to. I had it on for two weeks per doctors request and when I took it off I have burns and a rash. I just called NBMC to ask if there was latex in the product and the lady on the phone Rudely told me that latex was in all adhesive. I tried to respond saying that I would have liked to know due to my allergy listed on my chart. But before I could say anything she hung up on me. I feel like when it comes to an allergic reaction due to not being notified by my care provider. They should be a little more concerned than hanging up on a patient and not even asking if I was okay. I love my obstetrician through the company but have had nothing but problems with all the other care providers there. Very disappointed in patient care."

"I have been trying to get on my chart for over a month. Nobody knows how to get me on. There brochure has a link and phone number. Burn the brochure. They only know how to send links. Very poor customer service. I am going to pull all medical services and find a different medical center."

"I was injured on the job in 2013. I was told by my employer to go-to the Dr. What a nightmare that turned into. They did not know the laws for workman's comp to follow them. They refused to treat me because they said I did not have the right insurance. My employer paid lots of money for insurance. To make a long story short the medical system is complicit with the very corrupt workman's comp system and they have no intention of representing injured workers. I wound up leaving the area after loosing my home 8months after being injured. I was held accountable for their mistakes and stillam trying to get treatment. What a failure this place is."
