"Really wish I could leave a better review. Have been a past patient, however really rethinking this. Had or have a 5.7 MM stone, needed to get relief at the ER until I could be seen at Oregon Urology. ER doctor sent referral to Oregon Urology. I ended up calling after not hearing from them for two weeks. Ended up having to leave a message. No return phone call. Called once again and spoke to triage nurse, she indicated she would reach out to team, still no call back. Was finally called back after a third attempt and had an appointment at their rapid response clinic. Met Practitioner Evans, who was very nice and explained what was in my chart and imaging from the ER visit. Was then told to schedule another appointment for an ultrasound at the original clinic several days later. Ultrasound technician was very helpful and stated the team would call me with the results. That was better than two weeks ago. Have tried to reach out, unfortunately to no avail. Edit 03/13/24: love the boilerplate response. How about sending my review over to a team member who can then reach out to help strategize a medical plan to move forward. I’ve spent plenty of my time trying to connect with staff. Not leaving any more messages. Maybe I’ll get blocked up - and end up in the ER again. This way I can have the procedure in the hospital ."

"My experience with the Urology institute was over all very good. Other than the fact that it is a two hour drive from my home. The facility was easy to find, the receptionist was very efficient. My visit with Dr. Kyle was informative and seemed to be tailored to my medical needs. I have signed up for the patient portal and the lines of communication seem good. My only caveat is that in phone calling the wait time is quite long. Overall I would give a very positive rating."

Explanations of what was happening and what will happen were very good. My anxieties were calmed. The people were all nice to work with."

She fielded all my questions and explained things clearly with warmth and kindness. I feel empowered to get on with my life. I know I am in good hands going forward."

"Been coming here for almost 4 years and staff is always kind, courteous. Appointment is always on time. Dr. Connie DiMarco is very personable and knowledgeable in her field. Also her PA is so nice and explained things in detail which I appreciate. Only thing to work on is the long phone hold times. Use the patient portal instead. Nursing staff is great getting messages back to you in a timely manner."
