"I LOVE my nurses. I see them every 4 weeks for infusions and I could not ask for better care."

"Staff seems to be very kind! One person on the phone said she was the head nurse and she was very rude on the phone. I care take for the first time in my life. My client is in poor health and has two infusions a month. They are always scheduled Thursday and Friday. I only have my client Tuesday to Thursday. Last week her weekend care taker had to reschedule because she was sick. And rescheduled for today. Well I called to simply ask if I could switch her appointment due to my client being very ill and can't move. The top nurse as she said 3 times, went off on how she wasn't going to reschedule her again because she missed her one appointment. So I took it and told her I am sorry I am new and I have not missed a appointment yet. I call back and told her that she should be a little nicer to people. She tried back tracking and I told her no that she was rude and very unprofessional and really should learn to talk to people. I have only been there twice and everyone is always super nice but man this nurse is having a bad day. Hope she don't treat everyone that way."

"I have received several iron infusions at this place and I always find the nursing staff to be quite friendly. My only complaint is that I recently arrived for a scheduled infusion and was turned away due to the scent I had used in my bath that morning. I felt humiliated and short-changed. I did not realize it was a fragrance-free environment, nor did I realize the scent I had used hours prior could still be detected. I understand the principle of a scent-free environment, but I wish I could still have been seen and maybe given a suggestion for next time that I not use essential oils."
