"This place is terrible! They ran me around just to get a Appointment and told me their schedulers would call me back! Worst place in The Area AVOID! I never got to just make an appointment! The woman that works there as a triage nurse is a liar and wouldn’t be honest or help me genuinely. Worst customer service for Women!"

"They gave my DETAILED health information to a debt collector without my permission. It was a $348 bill and they violated my privacy to help a debt collector make a profit. These people are disgusting and need to be investigated."

"I really like my doctor, she is really nice and make me comfort every appointment. Unfortunately too many time I went there and I got disappointed from their staffs. I would like have appointment at the same time, didn't need to come back 2 times a day ( Ultrasound and meeting doctor ), if occasionally that is ok. But it was 2nd time. I called them and she said will call me back but didn't give me follow up, just because she can't understand me. English is not my first language. They are not really welcome for toddler or baby if we bring them. The staff putted tissue on her ear because my toddler bother her. I called for choose other doctor for my 2nd baby, they gave me schedule. They said sure you can. But at the day before appointment they send me message for reminder still with my old doctor. I call them and should wait long for schedule with doctor I want. We were waiting for so long and got disappointed. Hopefully the staffs can do their job better."

"Haven't even gotten as far as booking an appointment with them and nowi really won't considering I didn't have a great experience just being at the front desk. First of all don't bother calling this place because she explicitly said "they don't answer their phones" and that you have to wait about a week after leaving your message, if they even get to it because my messages from the past couple weeks were not responded to. (I've been trying to get in contact since 5 weeks and now at 7 1/2) I spoke to the girl in the middle cubicle twice and she was always sweet but whoever the girl in the glasses is who seems to be training her on the job, seriously needs an attitude check. She had a very unwelcoming demeanor and honestly just made me feel like im better off going somewhere else."

"The midwife team at Women's Care is absolutely phenomenal. CNM Kate Rhodes and nurse Josie have been such a kind, fun, supportive team during my regular annual exams and then throughout my pregnancy. Kate went above and beyond, spending extra time with us to answer any and all of our questions and to support my birth preferences. Kate is very down to earth, friendly and treats her patients with kindness and respect. She said she would do her best to be at the birth, and she delivered!! 7:00 am on a Saturday, Kate came in outside her scheduled shift and made the birth of my dreams a reality...along with all the other nurse staff at Women's Care and Riverbend hospital. I highly recommend seeing CNM Kate Rhodes, especially if the experience you're looking for leans towards a natural physiological birth in a hospital setting."
