"1 star for Dr. Peter Karth—hopefully he has improved since I saw him. A couple of years ago, I came in with a concern about an alarming blind spot that manifested in my vision following a horrible flu/cold I had, along with eye pain and migraines. I was told by this doctor that the spot was permanent and he diagnosed me with a particular eye disease and said that my vision loss will not improve and can only stay the same or worsen over time, and that there wasn’t 1 vision loss spot, but actually 2. I’m a young college student and hearing this news was absolutely devastating to me, understandably. My eyes started to tear up when he told me this and he had the audacity say “can I ask you why you’re crying?” I said I was scared and he coldly said “I have to tell people all the time that they’re completely losing their vision, and you’re only losing a small spot in your vision.” That’s like telling someone who just got their finger chopped off to not be upset because at least their whole arm isn’t gone. Healthcare professionals are supposed to be compassionate, understanding, and comforting and I should have never felt like I was being dramatic for crying about my diagnosis, nor should my health issue have been minimized because it could have been worse. The rest of the staff was kind, helpful, and the building is new and nice and my review only reflects Dr. Peter Karth. My name for this review is not my real name for privacy reasons and I’m writing this review today because I had an eye scan with a different clinic today and it reminded me how I’m still bothered to this day of this experience."

"These are excellent and kind doctors. I have been going to Dr. Karth for years and consider myself very lucky to have finally found a retina doctor who is so good and it responsive to my individual needs. Dr. Aryah is also top notch."

"Waited outside with my primie daughter in car for 45min during freezing temptures. Just to have them not even be open until 9am. while they were supposed to be open at 8am. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ♡ JUST TO ADD TO THIS, its monday may second, online says there are open and this is the 2nd time they are unprepared and doors are lock and its cold and raining. This place is very very unperfessional and i am very much unpleased."

"I know offices have bad days and good days. I am just disappointed. Staff was very kind but I could see they all were stressed and rushed. I was asked to come early for my appointment for my preemie daughter. Waited an hour to be called back. Than another two hours to see DR. I was there for a total of three hours. My daughter has been dilated before and it never took so long. This is very hard and stressful to wait so long with a baby. Staff and DR are very kind and hard working. It was just a terrible waiting experience. I am first time mom and if this is normal than I would have liked a heads up."
