"Absolutely unacceptable. Turned me away in the middle of an allergic reaction because they were about to close in 5 minutes. Luckily it was not serious but if someone was in anaphylaxis this would cause them to die. Did not offer me any kind of support such as Benadryl and suggested I go to the urgent care. I am a college student and do not have a car. It would be a 1.5 mile bike ride, and a 25 minute wait for a bus before getting on it to go to urgent care. If someone is in anaphylaxis for example they cannot wait 25 minutes for help. The least they could have done as a drs office is offer Benadryl. Took me 10 minutes to find the one place on campus that sells Benadryl, which they could have aided me in finding or even giving it to me. If your door is unlocked and you’re a drs office and someone comes in with some kind of issue like this one I would hope you wouldn’t turn them away as if you don’t care whether they live or die."
