"I have been going to Dr. Cornwell for over a year but the reason I chose him was because I saw how he treated my boyfriend. He is kind, caring, and always patient. Hes very thorough. If I need a specialist and I have needed several he refers me to excellent ones. There have been a couple times i had to wait but as i think about the quality of care sometimes it takes short time to go through my issues but sometimes it's longer. Also if your sick sometimes they work u in it can throw off the drs schedule so I consider that if there's a little wait. I highly recommend Dr Cornwell and all the staff are friendly and personable"

"Multiple times appointments have been cancelled at the last minute due to doctor being “out sick”. I get that, but then when rescheduling told on multiple occasions that it would be another 2-4 weeks before next available appointment. If you have to cancel an appointment for someone that has a medical issue, and has already waited to get in for an appointment, you should prioritize those people with an earlier appointment. Also had multiple issues where I was being referred to a specialist and told they would call me within two weeks to make an appointment. After waiting several weeks for a phone call I finally called the specialist only to find out the referral never happened. Again, multiple times. Also had to call multiple times about multiple test results that they were supposed to contact me about. I will be switching our primary care provider to somewhere, or someone, that has it a little more together and can display a higher level of professionalism in their business dealings. 10/10 would NOT recommend."

"Though the receptionist is polite, these providers have been the least caring nor helpful I've ever dealt with in this state. I arrive at my appointments 10 minutes early each time as they are insistent about, still have wait 45 minutes just to be told that it will be an even longer wait, then I get shoved out the door as fast as they can get me out without barely being heard on my condition with no compassion or kindness.. EVERY TIME. They could at least give eye-contact when I'm talking to them, or say good-bye, rather than make the whole experience feel awkward and uncomfortable."
