"I have been to this office 2 times in recent months and I am scheduled for another appointment in June. Every person I have come in contact with via telephone or face to face has been friendly and caring. On my two separate appointments, I was seen by Dr. Collins and then Dr. Boaz. Both doctors were warm and thoughtful. They both took their time, listened, looked me in the eyes (rather than a computer screen) and made their recommendations. I felt heard and of value as a patient and WAS NOT "rushed through their busy schedule." I am relatively new to the Samaritan Health System and feel I have never been treated as thoughtfully and courteously as I have by the different offices within SHS."

"This has been my wife's primary care physician for the last four plus years. And all I can say is that she has not received the level of care that she needs to get. Honestly we have had nothing but issues with Good Samaritan, and I am tired of watching her suffer because this medical system refuses to listen to her. I do not recommend these doctors or this hospital system. I've seen better medical Care in other states."

"Absolutely abysmal service. Count on a good 30-45 minute wait to get through on the phone. Doctors do NOT call you back, staff is unresponsive, messages don't get through, the WORST! And don't even get me started on how long it took them to sign a death certificate, even though the law says they only have 72 hours!"

"I had a big problem with infections on my legs affecting my ability to function and work. Dr Shah said 3 visits in a row it was just infected hair follicles and she would have a sample taken for testing if it was still a problem on my next appointment. This drug on for over a year and 3 E.R. visits before I had an E.R. Dr. confront her about it and I finally got an appointment for dermatology. Dermatology quickly had me tested in February and as I suspected, a year and a half later I have M.R.S.A. I tried to file a formal complaint, but Samaritan won't let me. Why was I left to suffer, to risk spread of the disease? I was denied my disability claim due to not being diagnosed. It has been 5 months since I was diagnosed and still it is not on my record. 5 months into a disability claim appeal now with nothing but incompetent Doctors here."

"I am moving my elderly parents here to live with me. I called to see if I could sign them up with a doctor here. There is only one doctor I the Samaritan system that will take them. There is also one available physician’s assistant. I hope they are good. I will update my review if I am satisfied with my parent’s care. So far I am far from impressed. My parents have gone to the same experienced doctor for years. Now along with all the other stresses of them moving from their community I am moving them to a community that seems very lacking in medical resources. It is sad we cannot do better in Corvallis."
