"The rooms are amazing! The location is amazing. I fully loved this stay. The office is off site, and they communicate through text messages which I personally find to be off-putting, but thats no measure on any one persons performance. Just a companies choice."

"The positive is I absolutely loved this last minute accommodations I made through AIRBNB. The room was beautiful and right on the Seaside promenade, within walking distance to the main hub of town and ocean view. I really enjoyed the bed, since I was traveling during the ice storm, the deep tub took my stress away from the white knuckle driving of the iced roads, and the fire place gave a true sense of ambiance. Be forewarned that you need to check in at a different location on other side of town. Now the negative:( Upon entering the room the smoke detector was going off. The check in office was closed. I messaged via Airbnb, called and text the host, who didn't reply EVER! I also messaged, via Airbnb, there emergency contact. Airbnb replied after 2 a.m., NUMEROUS hours after I checked in, not to mention odd hours to respond. Neither of these sources resolved the issue, so after 90 minutes of beeping my husband walked me through how to dismantle the smoke detector, which is exceptionally unsafe (my husband is head of maintenance for our local fire department). The way that this was handled in no way was acceptable or professional. The next day after much back and forth they offered to compensate me less than $30. Mind you I'm older, handicapped and traveling alone for numerous days in the recent ice storm trying to get home, which usually takes 12 hours but took numerous days. I took screen shots of my numerous messages and texts and pictures of the dismantled smoke detector in my correspondence with Airbnb too. Also, I reported that the wifi wasn't working, and sent them screens shots of my logins per their instructions. The stress of ALL this was beyond comprehenable."

"Needed some time away for research and writing. Spent three nights and it was perfect. Room was very comfortable and clean. Views were awesome and surroundings quiet. Staff were thoughtful and helpful. I look forward to a return stay."

"We loved our room. It had a big main room with a king size bed, a couch, A table with a comfy chair and a desk. There is a little kitchenette That's tiny but fully stocked. Dishes cups silverware a coffee maker, one cup at a time. A toaster and a microwave. There is a sink that is part of that kitchenette. There is no stove though. We had a two bedroom room. Well well sort of two bedroom. The king size bed was in the big room where the couch the kitchenette and the table and chair are. Then there was another room with a queen size bed that my daughter slept in. That room was across from the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and nice. There were plenty of towels and the usual hotel style bottles of this and that. I loved the decoration of the room. We also had a little balcony that looked out over the ocean. It fit two people and would never fit more than that. There were two chairs to sit on and a little table to place your cup of coffee. We liked watching people on the promenade below. I recommend this hotel. Just be warned that where you check in is not on the same property as the hotel, but rather at a different hotel. It was no problem and we could have had any problems that we had addressed by contacting them. They were very helpful."
