"Both of my children have gone to this daycare from 10 weeks old up to age 6. The preschool really helps prepare for kindergarten. Michelle and her staff are fantastic! I highly recommend this daycare."

"If there was a way to not give this place stars I would who ever owns this she is a joke. Her employees say one thing and her another I was told not to even consider this daycare by another daycare provider. But sometimes you can’t always listen to what others say and I thought I would give it a try, but the owner doesn’t seem to wannabe nice or helpful to new possible clients. She couldn’t even give me a call. All she wants to do is talk down to me on an email. Her employees was nice wish i remember her name I was just too busy. On my way to a doctors appointment. I was told I would be able to start childcare me, but apparently she doesn’t know what’s going on in her facility! She was rude on the email inconsiderate and doesn’t follow the state requirements. I will never recommend this place is for anyone to call or get info I have once toured this place it was a dumpster. I just figured maybe they got it together so there was no need to do another tour. When Moms are in desperate need for daycare this place Is not your go to very rude again and unhelpful they don’t alway answers emails back or on time. It took a two weeks for a callback then the owner lied said it went to voicemail i have there number on caller ID with the mins and proof I spoke to a gal. Again I wish there was no stars for this place! When these people respond back to your review they lie she never stated they where full I have all the emails. This place is a joke and a lot of lies to clime out of the hole there in on what people think of this place and the owner!"

"The owner Michelle completely destroyed my life. I lost my kids because of her. Not only that but it's resulted in the loss of my job and my home. Her and her employees actually went out of their way to falsify information and plant and manipulate evidence that could be used against me. She turned my whole family against me and I have been miserable ever since taking my kids there. I had a beautiful happy life, friends, family, and a career... And now I have LITERALLY NOTHING!!!! She's a terrible person."

"My son has been going to Enchanted Childcare since preschool, he is now 10 and attending via their before/after-school program. I have never had any issue with communication or felt a need to worry when he was in their care. He has learned a lot from his time there: accountability, honesty, and good time management/ structure. I recommend people take the time to set up a visit to tour the facility and speak with their staff to really understand the good environment they provide our kiddos."

"Dont do it!!! My 4 year old kid went here and to preschool at the same time and had no behavioral issues at preschool but apparently had alot here. His morning teacher said she tells the other kids to stay away from him and doesn't allow them to play with him because hes not right in the head. My two year old I picked him up multiple times with a poopie diaper and it was dried on him. I went to the director for help and she was not helpful at all and rather sassy. After reporting them the director gave me a 2 week notice lol she said it was for a lack of communication however 5 days earlier she actually said thank you as always for your communication in an email. She never called once or tried for a Skype meeting she only emails. After saying I'd report again she changed my 2 week notice to a 24 hr notice. She said i was calling people names i said to her that she had a "bad seed" working for her. She was like we don't allow name calling and changed it to a 24 hour notice. I think the director is more childish than her the kids in her 3's class."
