"I had a wonderful experience in here last November with Arnold. I went to order my usual drink when he recommended a variation of it which I had never heard of before, so I tried it, and it was amazing! Then, when I got my food a bit later, he apologized for it taking a little longer (even though I didn’t think it took very long) and gave me a free cake pop. He also told me that if I did not like the drink he recommended, he would be happy to remake it for me the way that I wanted. However, the drink was amazing, and the service was incredible! If you are his manager, give him a raise or promotion right now :)"
"I came in earlier today to order, and it seemed like there were only two baristas. They were both super nice though and welcomed me in, and the girl doing drinks was super friendly and chatted with me even while making drinks. Definitely one of the nicer Starbucks in Salem!!!"

"Workers here are usually nice. Today I had one being rushy with me which was unpleasant. (Whoever worked on 12/28 at around 1:45pm@ the drive thru intercom, learn patience.)I ordered a grande iced drink. I asked for light ice As per usual and as per usual, they gave me a cup full of ice. When they do remember to give me light ice, there’s about 2 inches of empty cup. I Pay for a grande I expect it to be filled as a grande. When I asked them to fill it up they seem annoyed. I don’t understand what the difficulty is."
