"We were initially pleased with the company. The floor room staff and estimator were helpful and we liked our choice. However, we are not pleased with the installation. It's been less than two years and the carpet developed several folds. We contacted the company who referred it to the installer. We never got a response. We will now hire somone else to fix it. UPDATE: Portland Flooring contacted us and apologized for the delay in responding. They got us on the schedule quickly. Two nice men came out and did a thorough job stretching the carpet. It looks good."

"Portland Floor on SW Canyon Rd. goes beyond all the stars. We visited several times in order to decide on kitchen floor tile. Zac Rector was outstanding in giving helpful information. Zac is extremely knowledgeable. We shopped 4 other tile stores and nowhere else did we receive the quality costumer service that Zac gave us.
