"What an amazing experience. I was met with the most generous check in worker, her name was Kristeanna. She was very informative, helpful and kind. "Just had my kids birthday his in December, she loved it, not sure it was worth the weekend price tag for a room, table cloth, 2 papa John’s pizza’s, and clean up (which we did a lot of our self). Probably won’t do it here again because of the exorbitant price tag."
"We usually really enjoy our time here and have been coming for several years. However, this last visit on 12/29 was different. The women’s bathroom was disgusting. The carpet in certain areas of the park are filthy. More importantly, a group of kids were participating in dangerous behavior on the trampolines and non of the staff tried to correct them. Probably because they were busy on their phones or chatting with one another. It’s sad, usually it’s a good experience but on that day, during that session it was not."
"My son and I love to go during toddler time, he always has a blast! We just had his 2nd birthday there and it was great! Employees went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed and were super nice. Was a great experience and will be going back again."
