Not able to apologize for her screw up! What a piece of work. Use to be a great place to rent from."
"I've rented from them 3 separate times and every time the equipment has been in good condition, they have been very friendly to work with, and the price for the machine has been more than fair. On my first rental the machine wasn't big enough for my particular job and they let me use a larger machine for nothing more than the difference in cost between the size of machines so I only paid an additional $30 for an entire second weekend. Hands down the best customer service of any business I've ever dealt with!"

It is always nice that their equipment is clean and working so you can spend your time using it and not going back and forth to figure out why it is not working. I would always recommend these guys. And also probably will never use a ladder again....."
