"Prices are absurd, but that is not the theaters' fault. It is Hollywoods fault since ticket prices pay for the actors and the movie. The food is needed to pay for the employees. The restrooms were clean, seats and the workers were great."

"Best theater in the area and the most comfortable seat too but my only dislikes are the prices, I know they make money off concession but holy. My only other dislike I how if you buy a movie for 4 it won't start until 4:25 or in that area because of the trailers, they are cool and all but play them before the movie."

"Comfy seats sure. Clean, fine that’s the least you can ask for. Prices are off the charts but what else is new these days. My issue is a 2:30 movie not starting until 3pm. Commercials started at 2:20. Okay cool guess the trailers will start at 2:30 maybe 2:35. Nope. Commercials until 2:45 then more in between movie trailers too. And they repeated commercials too. I mean what are we even doing here?"

"Theater seating is excellent, best in Marion or Polk county. I particularly enjoy matinees when attendance is low. One bad thing is volume is way to loud during advertisements and junk before the movie starts and during credits after. You must yell to talk to the person sitting next to you. Sometimes it is so loud it hurts. Service at food counter is understaffed and slow. With rare exception workers at counter are uniquely uninspired. Always get your tickets at fandango ahead of time else you must wait in a food line to get tickets (the ticket booth is never open). The lady who takes your ticket to enter the multiplex area (matinees) is best person there (yay! Thank you). Many of the others we need to check for a pulse. They may be zombies. They aren't rude or anything, just sort of lifeless, sad souls."

"This is probably the second largest shopping center in the Salem area. They have a bunch of home decor stores, Best Buy and regal among others. There’s plenty of parking. But also make sure you don’t go to the wrong side, else there’s a bit of a wall to the other side"
