"Food is above par in Bend. The 3 stars reflect its metropolitan like pricing. Server was friendly but my party walked away with a bad taste in our mouth. I selected Chi to celebrate Chinese new year eve with friends. Know it would be super busy so made a reservation and anticipated a busy night. What I did not expect is that after we checked in at 5:50 pm and was told it would be 5-10 min, the 5-10 min turned into 50 minutes. The hostesses (especially the two younger male gentlemen) seemed oblivious to the situation. It was a busy.night sure. But if you can't honor your reservations you should not take them, or at least tell your guests what to expect and try to make them at home. The cold shoulder is not the way to start a dining experience with your guests. I am sure Chi is doing well financially. However, instead of becoming an all around great restaurant that people care about and support, I don't think I want to go down the rabbit hole again given the year of the rabbit is about to end. Management and owner need to figure out how to manage its reservations. If you are going to take them, honor them. If not, don't. Or at least tell people what to expect when they do make one. We honor your business with our wallets and support, the least you can do is honor our time and provide good service."

"We went here for my sisters’ 19th birthday, it was our first time and we were so excited and grateful to have such an amazing time here. The food was delicious, the desserts were out of this world and our waitress was very sweet! Highly recommend!"

Fresh and delicious. Keep in mind that Bend is hours away from the Ocean !! Lastly, the prices: considering the ambiance and quality their prices were very reasonable."
