"We have had terrible customer service with Corvallis Floor Covering. We visited the store over two weeks ago to look at selection and pricing of countertops and after multiple phone and in-person inquiries on pricing for the few samples we picked, we still have no info. Other places had pricing when we walked in the door. They never returned calls & kept giving us excuses for why they didn't have pricing. It's just rude to not call customers back."
"I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Corvallis Floor Covering. I had a water line for my fridge leak and ruin my vinyl plank. Got a payout and a recommendation from my insurance for a company in Portland. It was a very high quote and decided to shop around locally and am I glad I did. Cost ended up being half of what I was quoted by the PDX guys. These guys are great, charged me less than half of what the PDX company did even after seeing the quote. Great product, great service, great people."
