"I walked in and was not greeted. I approached the manager who had no customer in his queue, he told me he was busy putting parts in the computer. (Main issue) I used the restroom. I returned to the front with a serpentine belt I thought was correct for my car. (my fault, although a double check for application of product being sold would be nice) We went through checkout process. It is not the right belt. I asked questions about another possible issue. No solution was found. I have a serpentine belt that does not fit my car. I was asked to put my email in when I checked out. I told the cashier I put it in wrong. He kinda shrugged it off. I saw a button on the screen that said print receipt. I asked for a printed receipt and then was given one."
